Returns & Exchanges
All pieces are handmade and therefore unique. For sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used or worn. Returns and exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis only.
If you believe your item qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact us with clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue. Include your order number and the date of purchase to assist our review. We will assess each request promptly and notify you of our determination and any next steps.
If an exchange or refund is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping and any applicable timelines. Items returned without prior approval may be refused. Shipping costs for approved returns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
